In compliance with federal telecommunications regulations, TCPA requirements, carrier standards, and the laws of the State of North Carolina, BrightLine Connect, LLC does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator information, opt-in data, or consent records with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that directly support the delivery and operation of SMS and messaging services, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers, and customer support vendors, and solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the messaging service. All other data-sharing use cases expressly exclude text messaging originator information, opt-in data, and consent, and such information will not be shared with any third parties for any other purpose.
